We thought we would put together a little section on some of the basics. Find out about all the wonderful things you can look forward to when you book a trip with us and some of the things we don’t necessarily provide for you but can most definitely help source for you pre trip.
We like to ensure that all our customers have the correct cover in place, so we introduce you to MPI Brokers, who provide the level of cover we expect in a good Insurance policy at competitive prices.
Below are a few key features of the policy and services provided by MPI and full details are contained on their website. In order to be covered for cancellation it is advisable to do this at the time of booking your trips.
Make sure the policy you choose provides cover for the activities you are planning to do.

Travel with us
We don’t organise flights but can offer advice on the best airports to fly to and the best ways to transfer up to resort. On some of our bigger trips we do run transfers from airport to resort and we are always on hand to discuss with you the options available.
Accommodation with us
Staying somewhere charming is our aim so we handpick hotels and accommodation that offers both great value for money but both excellent service, food and convenience of location. Skiing with Alpine Italy is not about staying in a pokey studio or room with too many beds crammed in. We aim for accommodation that is relaxing and a pleasure to return to after a full day in the fresh air.
Equipment with us
In resort we use some great ski hire shops and we have negotiated some great deals on equipment. Speak to our reps in resort and we can always tell you the best place to hire from and often there are ski hire discounts available through mentioning Alpine Italy at the shop. Our staff and ski instructors are always on hand to offer advice on equipment to get, equipment to try or equipment to buy during your holiday.
Food with us
We think a skiing holiday is about more than just the activity of skiing. We love skiing but we also appreciate that a skiing holiday is about great places to stop on the mountain with great views, discovering local culinary treats and great hot chocolate and coffee stops on a crisp winter’s day.
